A. CALL TO ORDER – WORKSHOP MEETING
The Adelanto City Council held the Regular Meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, via teleconference 1-415-655-0001 - conference code 146 275 0870 of the Governmental Center located at 11600 Air Expressway, Adelanto, California. Mayor Reyes called to order the regular closed session at 6:01 p.m.
Council Members present: Jeannette, Jones, Mayor Pro Tem Jones and Mayor Reyes.
Absent Council Member Evans joined the meeting at 6:05 p.m.
Planning Commission Members Present: Soto, Meza, Vice Chair Delgado, and Chair Waggener.
Invocation: Mayor Reyes
Flag Salute: Council Member Jones
B. DELETIONS / ADDITIONS TO AGENDA
None.
C. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
MOTION: Moved by Mayor Reyes, seconded by Council Member Jones to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion carried 4-1 (Jeannette, Jones, Mayor Pro Tem Ramos and Mayor Reyes voting yes, Evans noted as absent).
D. PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Reyes opened public comments at 6:03 p.m.
Magda thanked everyone for all they do for the City.. She shared she is hoping for a wonderful four years.

F. ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on December 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
MOTION: Moved by Mayor Reyes seconded by Council Member Jeannette to adjourn the meeting at 7:01 p.m.
Motion carried 5-0 (Evans, Jeannette, Jones, Mayor Pro Tem Ramos and Mayor Reyes voting yes). _________________________
