PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (PUBLIC COMMENT
Option A: To provide public comments in person in the Council Chambers Members of the public may attend the meeting in person in the Council Chambers and have the opportunity to speak or submit a written comment on any item listed on the Agenda. To speak, complete a Speaker’s Card for each item and submit it to the City Clerk before the public comment portion of that item. Public testimony is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker, and time may not be transferred to another person. Written comments submitted during the meeting will not be read aloud by the City Clerk.
Option B: To submit written public comments prior to the meeting Members of the public may submit written comments on any item listed on the Agenda. To ensure the City Council has time to review and/or consider the information prior to the meeting, please include the Agenda item number or topic in the email subject line and send written public comments to [email protected] on or before 4:00 p.m. on the meeting date. Public comments are not read into the record by the City Clerk. Please note: any public comments submitted after the deadline may not be considered during the City Council’s deliberations or included in the official record. RECOMMENDATION: 1) Award the Morrison Park ADA Rehabilitation Project, NIB 25-04, CDBG Project #602756-24 to VARN Painting, Inc.; 2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the contract agreement for Total Bid Price of Base Bid in the amount of $346,286.65; and, 3) Authorize the City Engineer a 10% contingency in the amount of $34,628.67.
6. Receive the Annual Compliance Report for the Transportation Impact Fees Fund Covering Fiscal Year 2024- 25 RECOMMENDATION: Receive the Annual Transportation Impact Fee Report to fulfill the requirements, as stated in Government Code Section 66006(b)(1).

AGOURA HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE TO CONSOLIDATE ALL PROTECTED TREE REGULATIONS INTO SECTION 9657 AND UPDATING THE CITY’S PROTECTED TREE REGULATIONS TO STREAMLINE PERMIT
PROCESSING, PRIORITIZE THE RETENTION OF INDIVIDUAL TREES, INCENTIVIZE THE PLANTING OF
NEW PROTECTED TREES, INCLUDE THE CALIFORNIA SYCAMORE AND SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BLACK WALNUT AS PROTECTED TREES, AND MAKE OTHER AMENDMENTS; AND MAKING A DETERMINATION OF EXEMPTION UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT.

The Regular City Council Meeting of November 26, 2025, has been canceled. The City Council Reorganization and Regular Meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m., on December 10, 2025, in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center.
The Civic Center is located at 30001 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills, California.
