PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (PUBLIC COMMENT)
Option A: To provide public comments in-person at the meeting Members of the public have an opportunity to attend the meeting in-person and speak or submit a written comment on any item listed on this Agenda. Public testimony is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker; a speaker’s time may not be transferred to another speaker. Written public comments submitted at the meeting are not read aloud by staff.

DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Code Enforcement Discussion
RECOMMENDATION: Discuss the general code enforcement process and tools for compliance and provide guidance to staff.
2. Cultural Heritage Resolution
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the LUEDC review staff's proposed approach to establish the City's official Historic and Cultural Resource Property list to include Amazing Kate's, the old post office, the Agoura sign and Reyes Adobe, and to formally adopt the 2023 Cultural Heritage Survey prepared by Rincon Consultants.
