That First Party, for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ack nowledged, does hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim to Second Party and to Secon d Party's heirs, successo rs and assigns forever, all the right, title, and interest of First Party in and to that certain real property described in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
