The Police Department has been researching ways to meet City Council direction for Body-Worn Camera (BWC) review. Truleo can analyze BWC audio and prepares comprehensive reports in a fraction of the time it would take a person. Truleo technology does not keep camera metadata or video imagery. The software breaks down the data into two categories; potentially positive interactions and potentially negative interactions. This data will allow Police Department and City personnel to identify employees who may benefit from additional training, employees who may need wellness services, and recognize employees who demonstrate and provide the level of professional service we expect.
