CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO._____
APPROVING A REVISED ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL P OWER
UNREPRESENTED (AMPU) MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JULY 1,
2022 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2025
WHEREAS, the Alameda Municipal Power Unrepresented Management Employees (AMPU) Compensation plan has been submitted to this Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully examined said proposed Compensation Plan, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and thereby finds and determines adoption of said documents to be i n the best interest of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has considered the financial impact of the proposed Compensation Plan on various City funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Alameda that said Council hereby approves and adopts said Compensation Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provision of this Resolution shall supersede any other resolution in conflict herewith.
