CUSTOMER RESOURCES, ONE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER–
ENERGY RESOURCES AND ONE UTILITY INFORMATION

RESOURCES, AND ONE UTILITY ENERGY ANALYST TO
SUPERVISOR–CUSTOMER RESOURCES, FROM ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL POWER
WHEREAS, in order to implement Alameda Municipal Power’s strategic plan, staff recommends amending the EUPA and AMPU salary schedules, creation of the following positions: Supervisor -Customer Resources, Supervisor -Energy Resources, Assistant General Manager-Customer & Energy Resources, and Chief Utility Technology Officer, deletion of Assistant General Manager -Customer Resources, and future deletion of the following positions: Senior Energy Resources Analyst, Utility Energy Analyst, and Utility Information Technology Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the EUPA salary schedule amendment and workforce changes as outlined below are so modified.
o Upgrade one Senior Energy Resources Analyst to one Supervisor-Energy Resources.
o Upgrade one Utility Energy Analyst to one Supervisor-Customer Resources.
o Remove one Information Technology Manager

o Remove one Assistant General Manager – Customer Resources o Remove one Assistant General Manager – Energy Resources Planning
