area. This survey is your first opportunity to comment on these projects. We will continue to discuss these in depth during the upcoming retreat on April 24, and you will have other opportunities to review these before the list is finalized in the Strategic Roadmap.

The revised priorities and objectives reflect what we heard from City Council at the March 6th retreat, and some input from the Executive Management Team. The vision statement is intended to establish a shared picture of where the City aims to go in the next three years.

The revised priorities and objectives reflect what we heard from City Council at the March 6th retreat, as well as input from the Executive Management Team. The priorities and objectives are meant to encapsulate the main strategic areas of focus and practical next steps for the City in the coming three years to work toward realizing the vision. Strategic projects will be grouped under each priority area.
