MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS STANDARD TERMS ANDCONDITIONS
Below are the Motorola Solutions, Inc. (Motorola) standard terms and conditions for the purchase of the APX NEXT radio device anduse of the APX NEXT services. The APX NEXT device is subject to the Master Customer Agreement and the Equipment Purchaseand Software License Addendum and the APX NEXT services are subject to the Subscription Software Addendum and CarrierFlowDowns. A new Master Customer Agreement may not be necessary if the Customer has a previously executed and currently inforce a device or systems Agreement with Motorola. In such case, the terms of the Equipment Purchase and Software LicenseAddendum, Subscription Software Addendum and Carrier FlowDowns are integral to and incorporated into that device or systemsAgreement.
