AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This Amendment of the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor, entered into this 30 _ day of September , 2021, by and between the CITY OF ALAMEDA, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "Partner") and Local Government Commission, a California nonprofit corporation, whose address is 980 9th Street, Suite 1700, Sacramento, California 95814-2736 (hereinafter "LGC"), is made with reference to the following:
RECITALS:
A. On May 31, 2021, an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor was entered into by and between Partner and LGC (hereinafter "Agreement") to provide services through the CivicSpark program.
B. The City and Provider desire to modify the Agreement on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by and between the undersigned parties as follows:
The second sentence of Exhibit "D" is modified to read as follows:
LGC will receive no more than $28,500 for 1 Fellow for performing the services of this contract.
The second row of the box in Exhibit "D," entitled "Costs" is modified to read as follows:
Costs $28,500 / Fellow
