Subject: dot voting details
Hi Jen,
At the first retreat, we used red dots when voting on the strategic priority categories and yellow dots when voting on the types of City projects we want to include. The summary report that was attached to the staff report tallied the dots and listed the counts. Attached are photos of the charts at the retreat.
At the second retreat, we planned to use one color dot for current projects and a different color dot for new projects, however we didn’t have enough dots, so we ended up using one color dot (green) for all projects. The summary report for this retreat also tallied the dots and listed the counts.
Attached are photos of the charts at the retreat.
Many thanks,
Sarah
