I apologize for the delay in getting this lease finalize. Please know we are very excited to have Gold Bar come to Spirit’s Alley. If you approve of the revision in the attached page of the lease, I will add it to the packet for the final reading of the Ordinance on April 2. It will again be on the consent calendar for the City Council to authorize the City Manager to execute.
If you can respond back with an affirmative “ Yes, approved” or a “NO”, it is appreciated.
