This comment is a request for disclosure of Sunny Tsou's credentials for Planning Board Commissioner to be included in the discussion of this item. I would specifically like to know if he or anyone else on the Planning Board is a CEQA expert and if no one is why there isnt a CEQA expert on the Board to review City staff CEQA determinations.
I would also like to request that each Board member receive some training and is familiarized with all the City of Alameda regulations, plans and polices so they don't have to take City staffs' word for it. They should also be able to immediately access and reference the land use regulations they are supposed to be following and enforcing or otherwise they should set aside their votes until the information they have been given is certified by the attorney in writing under the penalty of perjury.
Enough with illegal projects.
