APPROVING COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF 185 UNITS OF CONVENTIONAL LOW RENT SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING AT THE POPE!VJEBSTER
STREET SITE OF MAKASSAR STRAITS VILLAGE
WHEREAS, a proposed Cooperation Agreement between the
City of Alameda and the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda , relating to the development of 185 units of conventional low rent senior citizen housing at the Pope/Webster Street site of Makassar Straits Village, heretofore approved and adopted by the Commissioners of the Housing Authority, has been submitted to this Council and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda tha t said Cooperation Agreement be entered into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED BY TI-lE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute, or and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Cooperation Agreement referred to above by and between the City of Alameda and the Housing Authority of the City of Ala.meda relating to the development of 185 units of conventional low rent senior citizen housing at the Pope/Webster Street of Makassar straits Village. The City Clerk is hereby
