To Whom It May Concern,
Kerr Industries has been working with Dodge (Stellantis) for more than a decade. Initially partnering on the police specific vehicle Ship-Thru program, the relationship has grown to include the vast majority of their truck and retail vehicle offerings.
We receive the vehicles direct from Dodge off the end of the assembly line, complete all upfits to the Dodge factory level quality standards, while making use of the proper Dodge planned vehicle integration points while never voiding factory warranty. We then return the vehicles back to Dodge for final delivery into market like every other vehicle coming off the end of the assembly line.
For reference, in 2023 we completed 900+ Police/Fire vehicle upfits on vehicles still owned by Dodge. All were returned to Dodge logistics and final delivered across North America to first responders.
