Dear City Planning Department,
I wanted to bring to your attention a situation that occurred today , July 19,2025,at the gas station located at 1310 Central Ave, Alameda at 5:40 pm. My wife and I went for a walk, and we noticed a car pumping a gas at the gas station. Seeing that, I went for my car and parked my car next to the gas distributor to make a proof of operating after hours. Soon after the one of owners saw us, he quickly
shot down the pomp
and had not allowed me to pump the gas. He then approached my wife and asked if she needed any help. From outside the office appeared closed, but the owner was inside watching. It seems they are already not following the rules again, even before any new hours have been finalized.
