Presenter: Fire Chief Nicholas Luby
1 Executive Summary
• Consider 5-year lease for 6,944 sq. ft. at Marina Village for consolidated Fire Administration, total lease cost of $783,636
• Fiscally viable opportunity-immediately available solution • Ongoing lease funded by existing budget with one-time future budget request • Strategic alignment:
– Operational efficiency

Why This Matters

undersized per Facilities Analysis, and

five locations across the City in
undersized office spaces.

Prevention, EMS
