I think someone misplaced a decimal point.
This pricing is outrageous.
A couple years ago Mastick was going to get a full roof replacement for about the same pricing at --again--about 10x the going price--that item was withdrawn. Now here it is back in another form.
Do a quick google search--thats all you need to do. something is fishy here as usual. No wonder the City is broke.
You should vote no but i expect you will approved it anyway.
Someone is gouging or getting their palms greased.
