Dear Gerry and Noelle,

• Drafted and reviewed County policies and procedures;
• Provided various Countywide trainings including, but not limited to : Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging; High-Performance Government; and Labor and Employee Relations for Managers
Prior to working for the County of Marin, I worked for the Administrative Office of the Courts where I negotiated labor agreements on behalf of the trial courts in California and provided other Labor and Employee Relations services, including drafting and revising personnel policies and labor relations rules for the newly formed trial court human resources departments .

I am a 2002 graduate of UC, College of the Law, San Francisco (Formerly Hastings College of the Law) and received my undergraduate degree from the University of Tulsa.

Responsibilities : As the interim Human Resources manager, I will be responsible for all Human Resources Director functions , including managing and supporting the Human Resources team; leading labor relations strategy and conducting bargaining as the lead spokesperson; providing oversight of recruiting, class and comp, EEO, Employee Relations, Benefits, Risk, and Training and OD; completing the compensation evaluation; communicating with and collaborating with other department heads; and collaborating with the City Manager to complete other organizational tasks.
