of Council comment is as follows ( Item 2 -1): Mayor Jordan pr ovided
background information in bringing this item to Council to allow the Council latitude to start the meeting earlier than scheduled 7:00 PM when deemed necessary; interest in allowing the start time of regular City Council meeting for special circum stances to start as early as 6:00 PM or as late as 8:00 PM; request for lighter agenda if meeting is to start at 8:00 PM; request for time on agenda to be noted to capture attention when meeting does not start at 7:00 PM.

il Member McQuaid, seconded by Council Member Tiedemann, to adopt Resolution No. 2022 -50 as amended
with the latitude for start time of a City Council
regular meeting between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
