Council Member Nason read the Albany Land Acknowledgement Statement as adopted by the City Council per City of Albany Minute Action, November 15, 2021.

Mayor Jordan reported no reportable action from the closed session.
4. CEREMONIAL MATTERS
4-1. Proclamation - 114th Anniversary of the City of Albany Council Member McQuaid presented the proclamation.
5. CITY MANAGER REPORT
City Manager Almaguer reported Albany Local Week is underway through September 25, 2022. Details regarding Albany eGift Cards and events throughout the week can be found on the City website www.albanyca.org/albanylocalweek. A new website for Economic Development is available at choosealbany.org. A virtual evacuation drill is scheduled for October 2, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Fire Department personnel deployed to the Mosquito Fire have returned. Concert in the Park featuring Rooster Rock & Roll is scheduled for September 24. Albany Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) 1 Date approved: October 3, 2022
