1. CALL TO ORDER/ LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Mayor Lopez read the Albany Land Acknowledgement Statement as adopted by the City Council per City of Albany Minute Action, November 15, 2021.

No public comment.
City Manager Almaguer and Assistant City Manager Leduc presented status updates for the City Council Strategic Plan (April 2023 - March 2025). Consultant Shawn Spano facilitated the work session to review, update the Mission Statement, Goals, and Objectives. The Council provided feedback and gave direction to staff to update the City Council Strategic Plan for April 2025 - March 2027 and return to Council at the next meeting.

6:48 PM There being no further business before the City Council, Mayor Lopez adjourned the Special Meeting.
