5-1. Follow-up Discussion on Potential Changes to Investment Policy Related to Environmental, Social, and Governance Investing
Staff Recommendation: That the Committee discuss potential changes to Investment Policy related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Investing and forward to the full City Council for discussion and consideration Committee received a presentation from Justin Resuello from PFMAM. The Committee discussed potential factors to be used to filter out investments from the City portfolio. Committee is not ready to forward a recommendation to the Council as a whole.
5-2. Discussion of Pension Funding Strategies

Finance Director Reina Schwartz presented on pension costs and pension funding policy. Committee not ready to forward the item to Council as a whole.
