S taff Recommendation: That the Committee discuss potential changes to Investment Policy related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Investing and forward to the full City Council for discussion and considera- tion
Committee received a presentation from Justin Resuello from PFMAM. The Committee discussed potential factors to be used to filter out investments from the City portfolio. Committee is not ready to forward a recommendation to the Council as a whole.
