Mayor Lopez read the Albany Land Acknowledgement Statement as adopted by the City Council per City of Albany Minute Action, November 15, 2021.
Present: Council Members Jordan and Miki, Vice Mayor McQuaid, Mayor Lopez
Absent: Council Member Hansen-Romero

2-1. Executive Session Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 to Discuss Public Employee Performance Evaluation:
Public Employee: Nicole Almaguer, City Manager
No public comment received .

Mayor Lopez announced no reportable action from Closed Session.
4. ADJOURNMENT OF SPECIAL MEETING - CLOSED SESSION
