CITY CLERK REPORT - NOTICE NO. N2M23-36
The City Clerk hereby reports that she duly gave notice of the Special Meeting of the City Council being held this morning pursuant to the order of the Mayor and in accordance with Section 54956 of the Government Code of the State of California.
1. CITY COUNCIL STRATEGIC PLANNING SESSION – F2M23-35
The City Council, City Manager, Department Heads and Facilitator William R. K elly, President/CEO of Kelly Associates Management Group, will hold a strategic planning session. The strategic planning session will include, but is not limited to, a discussion of the Councilmembers’ SWOT ( Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats ) Analysis Survey results; the City’s Community Satisfaction Survey; and, setting tentative goal definitions and priorities.

There will be a lunch break at approximately 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is anticipated that the strategic planning session will conclude at approximately 2:00 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT: The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Alhambr a City Council will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023 , in the Alhambra City Hall Council Chambers, 111 South First Street, Alhambra, California, commencing at 6:00 p.m.
