REPORT FROM CLOSED SESSION:
City Attorney Scott Smith reported City Council direction to bring back for consideration a resolution of intention to convert the City's election system from " at - large" to " by -district." ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Hurt adjourned the meeting at 6:58 p.m. to the March 1, 2023 Regular Council Meeting.
