CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hurt called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo to order at 5:30 p.m.

Financial Services Director Ann Eifert provided an overview. City Manager David Doyle provided additional information. Staff responded to questions regarding Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center, IT server equipment replacement, City Hall maintenance, animal control services, public safety contract costs, general contract staffing, general fund

capital improvement projects, debt service, The Commons at Aliso Viejo, transient occupancy tax revenue, Aliso Viejo Town Center, and community grants.
Councilmembers commented on the matter. No further action was taken.
MAYOR HURT RECESSED THE MEETING TO CLOSED SESSION AT 6:44 P.M.
