CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pro Tem Ackley called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo to order at 6:03 p.m.

1. DISCUSSION:
1. 1 POTENTIAL ILLEGAL COMMERCIAL CANNABIS USE AT 22912 PACIFIC PARK Acting City Manager Mitzi Ortiz provided an overview. Chief of Police Services Captain Alan Villanueva and City Attorney Scott Smith provided additional information. Staff responded to questions regarding security for code enforcement officers, site access, closure timeline, certificate of occupancy requirements, status of operation, interior construction, evidence of dispensary operations, emergency abatement ordinance, tenant violations, and lease requirements. Councilmembers commented on the matter.
Mayor Pro Tern Ackley opened for public comment and the following persons provided comment:
1 . Kalen Wilson expressed concerns with the current tenants.
Recommended Action: Receive and file.
