CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Munzing called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo to order at 7:10 p.m.

STATE OF THE CITY PRESENTATION
Julie Wright, Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce President, welcomed attendees.
Duane Cave, Moulton Niguel Water District President, provided opening remarks and served as the Master of Ceremonies for the remainder of the meeting.
Renee Bodie, Soka Performing Arts Center General Manager, provided information on the Performing Arts Center.
Kelley Lee, Southern California Edison Government Relations Manager, led the pledge of allegiance.
Carin Rodgers-Bronstein, Soka University Community Relations Associate Director, provided an inspirational message.
Duane Cave introduced attending dignitaries and recognized event sponsors.
Mayor Munzing introduced the State of the City video.
Special Meeting Minutes
Recommended Action: Receive the Mayor's State of the City address, as presented by the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce.
No further action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Munzing adjourned the meeting at 7:53 p.m.
