CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Ackley called the Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo to order at 6:05 p.m.

There was a motion made by Councilmember Munzing and seconded by Councilmember Zandbergen to deny the claim for damages submitted by the City of Sacramento.
ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Ackley adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m. to the regularly scheduled City Council meeting.
