NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Aliso Viejo will take place on the date and time listed above. The business to be transacted at the special meeting will be as follows:

Recommended Action: Receive the Mayor’s State of the City address, as presented by the Aliso Viejo Chamber of Commerce.
