NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROCEDURES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS Pursuant to Resolution #2021-55 adopted by City Council on October 19, 2021, City Councilmembers, City Staff and the public may participate in the meeting via teleconference or other electronic means. The meeting will be also held at the City Council Chambers, 200 W. North Street, Alturas, California. A roll call vote is required for all items on the agenda.

CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
1. Discussion/Action: Pursuant to California Elections Code Section 10229 Council approval to appoint qualified nominees and cancel the June 7, 2022 General Municipal Election. Or call an election. (City Clerk Binning)
2. Discussion/Action: Authorize the Mayor to sign the letter of intent to confirm that the City of Alturas will participate as a jurisdictional in the Modoc County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Planning effort. (City Treasurer Long)
3. Discussion/Action: Authorize City Treasurer Long to sign letter between the UPEC Local 792 General Unit and the City of Alturas pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding. (City Treasurer Long)
