NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROCEDURES FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS Pursuant to Resolution #2021-55 adopted by City Council on October 19, 2021, City Councilmembers, City Staff and the public may participate in the meeting via teleconference or other electronic means. The meeting will be also held at the City Council Chambers, 200 W. North Street, Alturas, California. A roll call vote is required for all items on the agenda.

CALL TO ORDER PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
1. Discussion/action: Requesting Council approval to award the bid to Empire Steel Buildings in the amount of $196,842.00. This bid is for the building only and does not include erecting the structure for the damaged hangar at the Alturas Municipal Airport. (Director of Public Works Picotte)
