1. CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _d_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of March 21, 2023 meeting.
b.) Approve minutes of April 5, 2023 special meeting.
c.) Approve City warrants for March, 2023 in the amount of $274,941.42. d.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for March, 2023 in the amount of $85,601.13.
5. Discussion/Action: Chamber of Commerce representatives to discuss and request an alternative route for the Winterfest parade.
6. Discussion/action: Authorize the City Mayor to sign a support letter for Modoc County Road Department for their application for Clean California Local Grant Program. (City Treasurer Long)
7. Discussion/Action: Requesting approval to adopt Resolution #2023-16 approving the Alturas Police Chief’s request for a temporary increase on cash out for vacation leave. (Police Chief Cullins)
