Alturas City Council Mayor Brian Cox called the special meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers. Councilmembers present: Kelly Crosby, Paul Minchella, and Brian Cox. Councilmembers absent: Samantha Wood and Cheryl Nelson. Staff present: City Clerk Macey Binning. Public attending:
None.
MOTION by Councilmember Crosby, SECONDED by Councilmember Minchella to approve the second reading of Ordinance #530 to amend the zoning map and adjust the current General Commercial (C-2) zoning plan boundary south approximately two hundred (200) feet on APNs 001-090-035, 001-090-026, and 001-090-034.
With no further business to come before City Council. MOTION by Councilmember Crosby to adjourn the meeting at 12:03 p.m. and to return in regular session on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., City Hall.
SECONDED by Councilmember Minchella. ALL AYES.
