1. Discussion/action: Requesting approval of Resolution #2023-34 approving the Landscape Design Agreement for the Modoc Community Park Project No: 2561 between the City of Alturas and Melton Design Group, Inc. (City Treasurer Long)
2. Discussion/action: Requesting approval of Resolution #2023-35 authorizing submittal of a Regional Used Oil Payment Program application with Modoc County as the lead agency, related authorizations and identification of regional participants. (City Clerk Binning)
3. CLOSED SESSION: G.C. Section 54957 – Public Employee Appointment – Title:
Public Works Director/Planning Director.
