1. DISCUSSION/ACTION: Adopt Resolution #2023-42 authorizing and appointing Sergeant Marc Muller as Acting Chief of Police for the Alturas Police Department due to a leave of absence by the current Chief of Police. (Police Commissioner Brian Cox)
