1. CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _e_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of May 21, 2024 meeting.
b.) Approve minutes of June 13, 2024 special meeting.
c.) Approve City warrants for May 2024 in the amount of $259,377.15. d.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for May 2024 in the amount of $107,119.70. e.) Approve Resolution #2024-24 amending the dollar amount of Resolution #2024-17 removing inactive water & sewer accounts from May from the amount of $539.66 to $447.10.
5. Discussion: Jake Luba, representing Boy Scouts, requests to discuss a Charter partnership between the City and the Boy Scouts.
6. Discussion/Action: Kristen DePaul of the Modoc County Assessor/Recorder’s Office would like to update Council on the underpayment of the Documentary Transfer Taxes to the City.
7. Discussion/Action: Request to allow Public Works Director to select proposal regarding RFP Planning-01 and execute Personal Services Contract pursuant to Resolution #2024-

8. Discussion/Action: Requesting approval of Resolution #2024-25 adopting a list of projects for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 funded by SB1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
9. Discussion/Action: Requesting approval of Resolution #2024-26 adopting the City of Alturas Workplace Violence Prevention Plan. (Treasurer Long)
10. Discussion/Action: Approve the Agreement for Legal Services to retain Kenny & Norine for the City Attorney position. (Kelly Crosby)
