a.) Approve minutes of November 19, 2024 meeting.
b.) Approve minutes of December 4, 2024 special meeting. c.) Approve City Warrants for November 2024 in the amount of $290,353.03. d.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for November 2024 in the amount of $150,712.14.
e.) Adopt Resolution #2024-45 removing inactive water and sewer accounts from November 2024 in the amount of $386.94.
5. Discussion/action: Review letters of interest for Planning Commission and select a person to fill the vacancy.
6. Discussion/information: Overview of City Evaluation Process. (City Treasurer)
7. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution #2024-46 adopting the Lease and Subscription Information Technology Agreement Capitalization Policy as required by the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement No. 87 and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB 96). (Treasurer Long)
8. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution #2024-47 adopting the 2024-2025 Fiscal year Appropriation Limit. (Treasurer Long)
9. Public Hearing: The City Council will consider the first reading of Ordinance #531 amending the municipal code by adding to Chapter 5, Atricle VIII – Rental Housing Inspection Program.
10. Discussion/action: Requesting approval of the first reading of Ordinance #531 to amend the municipal code by adding to Chapter 5, Article VIII – Rental Housing Inspection Program. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
