1. CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _e_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of February 18, 2025 meeting.
b.) Approve minutes of March 11, 2025 special meeting.
c.) Approve City Warrants for February 2025 in the amount of $589,385.31. d.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for February 2025 in the amount of $167,614.23.
e.) Adopt Resolution #2025-9 removing inactive water & sewer accounts from January in the amount of $411.72.
5. Discussion/action: Authorize the City Mayor to sign a letter of support for Modoc Transportation Agency’s FTA 5311(f) Intercity Bus Program. (Treasurer Long)
6. Discussion/action: Request permission to purchase a used asphalt hot box trailer, not to exceed $35,000. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
7. Discussion/action: Rotary is requesting approval to expand the batting cages at the Rotary Ball Fields. The project will be fully funded by Rotary and the oversight provided by the Department of Public Works. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
8. Discussion/action: Requesting permission to advertise for and hire part time employees for 2025 pool season. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
9. Discussion/action: Requesting permission for Public Works Director to sign application and agreement with Star Guard Elite to become a training center for lifeguard training. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
10. Discussion: Consider the repair costs for Police Department Patrol Vehicles. (Police Chief Muller)
