4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _d_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of May 20, 2025 meeting.
b.) Approve City Warrants for May 2025 in the amount of $251,058.00. c.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for May 2025 in the amount of $163,743.44. d.) Adopt Resolution #2025-16 removing inactive water & sewer accounts from April in the amount of $599.34.
5. Discussion/action: Representatives from the Alturas Elks Lodge #1756 would like to request authorization to sell alcohol at this year’s Masten Ramsey event.
6. Discussion/action: High Desert Lumber presentation to City Council on Mill Operation.
7. Discussion/action: Matthew Digrazia would like to discuss a dog bite incident and public safety concerns.
8. Discussion/action: Approval to attend the CA League of Cities Conference in Long Beach, CA October 8-10, 2025. (Councilmember Cox)
9. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution 2025-17 authorizing the submittal of an application, acceptance of an allocation of funds and execution of a grant agreement with the California Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration for an Airport Improvement Plan (AIP) Matching Grant. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
10. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution 2025-18 authorizing the submittal of a regional used oil payment program application with Modoc County being the regional lead agency, related authorizations and identification of regional participants. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
