4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _d_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of June 17, 2025 meeting.
b.) Approve City Warrants for June 2025 in the amount of $85,332.34. c.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for June 2025 in the amount of $162,512.73. d.) Adopt Resolution #2025-19 removing inactive water & sewer accounts from June in the amount of $380.37.
5. Discussion/action: Modoc High School senior class representatives requesting approval to paint senior parking on 10th Street.
6. Discussion/action: Kristy Sphar is requesting a City Council representative for future communications and committees regarding the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
7. Discussion: Sean Buie would like to discuss the City dog pound.
8. Discussion/action: Requesting City Council approval for the Director of Public Works to award the bid for replacing the fire hall roofs, in the amount of $36,150 to MCM Roofing Company, Inc. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
9. Discussion/action: Approve Resolution #2025-20 adopting a list of projects for Fiscal year 2025- 2026 funded by SB1: The Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017. (Director of Public Works Farnam)
