a.) Approve minutes of October 21, 2025 meeting.
b.) Approve minutes of November 13, 2025 special meeting. c.) Approve City Warrants for October 2025 in the amount of $257,270.53. d.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for October 2025 in the amount of $175,350.64. e.) Adopt Resolution #2025-33 removing inactive water & sewer accounts from June in the amount of $524.00.
5. Discussion/action: Approve mileage for SCED meeting on December 4, 2025 in Redding, CA. (Councilmember Knighton)
6. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution # 2025-34 adopting the appropriations limit for FY 2025- 2026 in the amount of $7,293,922. (Treasurer Long)
7. Discussion/action: Approve 3-month contract employment agreement for Interim Chief of Alturas Police Department effective November 17, 2025 through February 17, 2026. (Councilmember Engel)
