4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _d_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of January 20, 2026 meeting.
b.) Approve City Warrants for January 2026 in the amount of $286,305.25. c.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for January 2026 in the amount of $159,178.68. d.) Adopt Resolution #2026-4 removing inactive water & sewer accounts from November in the amount of $263.49.
5. Discussion/action: Approve mileage reimbursement for SCED meeting on February 12, 2026 in Redding, CA. (Councilmember Knighton)
6. Discussion/action: Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter of support for the Modoc County Transportation Agency’s FTA 5311(f) Intercity Bus Program Application. (Treasurer Long)
7. Discussion/action: Approve Resolution #2026-5 adopting the Modoc County Local Hazard Mitigation Plan. (Treasurer Long/OES R. Sweet)
8. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution #2026-6 approving the first amended budget for the 2025/2026 Fiscal Year Budget in the amount of $7,357,472. (Treasurer Long)
9. Discussion/action: Status of contract for Interim Police Chief, and possible extension for continuation of service. (Councilmember Minchella)
10. Discussion/action: Status of recruitment efforts for vacant Chief of Police position. (Councilmember Minchella)
