1. CALL TO ORDER INVOCATION PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

4. CONSENT AGENDA: It is recommended that items _a_ through _d_ be acted on simultaneously unless separate action is requested by Council or Staff:
a.) Approve minutes of June 16, 2026 meeting.
b.) Approve City Warrants for June 2026 in the amount of $288,326.52. c.) Approve ACH reconciliation report for June 2026 in the amount of $168,310.54. d.) Adopt Resolution #2026-17 removing inactive water & sewer accounts in the amount of $966.21.
5. City Clerk Tacie Wheeler to administer the Oath of Office to newly appointed officers:
Councilmember Sean Buie, Councilmember Cameron Anderson and City Treasurer Dorothy Long.
NEW BUSINESS:
6. The City Clerk calls for nominations for Mayor and Mayor Pro-Tem.
7. Discussion/action: Update Mayor appointments for department representatives and committees. (Mayor/City Clerk Wheeler)
8. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution #2026-18 approving the application for the Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program. (Police Chief Morgan)
9. Discussion/action: Adopt Resolution #2026-19 authorizing submittal of a Regional Used Oil Payment Program application with Modoc County being the regional lead agency, related authorizations and identification of regional participants. (Public Works Director Farnam)
