To: Jason Holley <[email protected]>; David Oro <[email protected]>; Pierre Washington <[email protected]> Subject: [External] Parking situation at Toscana Dr/Silveroak Dr.

City Manager Holley and Council members Oro and Washington, Thank you for your time this evening. I attached a flyer from The Village apartments where it highlights the $150/month parking fee for reserved parking. I don’t know how that’s legal. They are supposed to accommodate enough parking for their residents.

I’ve also attached some pictures of the nearby fire hydrants on Toscana Dr. which are not painted red. I attached a picture of cones that were put out on the street as homeowners do not want others parking in front of their homes. There’s at least 4 houses that have cones out like this due to the unfortunate circumstances.

Like I mentioned before, I do believe we can come to a resolution that would be beneficial to the homeowners and The Village apartments residents.

Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns or comments. Thank you for your time and assistance,
Humberto Rodriguez
