Consistent with Government Code Secon 54953 and the American Canyon City Council Resoluon Declaring the Existence of a Local Emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this meeng will be a Teleconference Meeng (Zoom only) to align with local and federal guidelines and social distancing recommendaons for the containment of the coronavirus. This meeng will be broadcast live to residents on Napa Valley TVhere and on YouTube here.

The City Council and Open Space Advisory Commi6ee is prohibited by law from taking any acon on ma6ers discussed that are not on the Agenda, and no adverse conclusions should be drawn if the City Council and/or Open Space Advisory Commi6ee does not respond to public comment at this me. Speakers are asked to please speak clearly, and provide their name. Any handouts for distribuon to the City Council and Open Space Advisory Commi6ee must be emailed by 3:00 p.m. on meeng day.
