This agenda has been amended to add Items 5, 6 and 7.
Consistent with Government Code Secon 54953 and the American Canyon City Council Resoluon Declaring the Existence of a Local Emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this City Council meengs will be conducted via zoom teleconferencing only to promote local, state, and federal guidelines and social distancing recommendaons for the containment of the coronavirus. City officials and members of the public are invited to a/end the meeng via teleconference. This meeng will be broadcast live to residents on Napa Valley TV, on our websitehere and on YouTube here.

Recommendation: Approve the Minutes of the City Council meeting of July 19, 2022.
2. Purchase of Camera System for Sewer Collections
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu6on approving the purchase of Camera System for Sewer Collections in the amount not to exceed $63,000.
BUSINESS
3. Property Exchange with Napa Valley Unified School District Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu6on approving a Property Exchange and Acquisi6on Agreement to transfer approximately 5.6 acres of land where the community center/gymnasium is located to the Napa Valley Unified School District in exchange for receiving the 6.57-acre property where the former Napa Junc6on Elementary School is located (on Napa Junction Rd.) from the Napa Valley Unified School District.

4. Termina'on of Amended and Restated Improvement Agreement and First Amendment to Subdivision Improvement and Reimbursement Agreement for the Napa Logis'cs Phase 2 Project
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolu6on taking the following ac6ons in conjunc6on with the Napa Logistics Phase 2 Project:
1. Adop6ng the Ini6al Study/Addendum prepared by First Carbon Solu6ons, dated June 2022 for the NLP 2 Project; and,
2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Termina6on of Amended and Restated Improvement Agreement and First Amendment to Subdivision Improvement and Reimbursement Agreement for the Napa Logistics Phase 2 Project.
