Based on the updated trip generation data that reflects the PG&E facility that would occupy the Building 5 site, the current NLP2 Build-out would generate about 840 fewer net new trips (about 64 percent less) during the AM peak hour and about 850 fewer net new trips (about 68 percent less) during the PM peak hour compared to the trips generated by the NLP2 Project as evaluated in the EIR 2 3
